Co-owner, Ian grew up in the food industry, as a student working at Simply Chapat Restaurant formed a solid understanding of the industry. His professional career started in banqueting, at the Sandton Hilton, more experience attained on Rovos Rail & Mount Grace Hotel. Ian has brought the skills and knowledge often needed, attained from doing Cordon Bleu cookery.
Al Da Silva
Al joined the Country Fresh team in 2010, and has brought his passion for service delivery to our operation, focusing on logistics, and is our financial manager.
Cindy has shadowed Ian for many years now and has gained a good understanding & ability of our kitchen operations, office administration, and event management.
Equipment store manager, and General kitchen assistant, specializing in the preparation of our Entertainment Platters and Canape items.
Our lead Pastry chef, doing great work preparing all of our desserts & puddings.
Expert Legumier chef, taking great care in the preparation of our Vegetable, Salad and Starch sides, finishing dishes with his good tasting ability to ensure proper seasoning end result.
