Our Roaming Buffets : Served ''Butler Style'', waiters roam with a tasty meal in hand held pots to standing guests.    Always a good choice when you have limited space and are unable to have a sit down meal.

Food Quantity is Catered for , in the same manner as our Standard Buffet Menus.


Roaming Buffet Menu 1

  • Fragrant Thai Chicken Curry
    tender boneless chicken breasts cooked in a lightly
    curried coconut sauce, served on fragrant rice
  • Hungarian Goulash
    tender cubes of beef simmered in a rich and hearty
    paprika sauce drizzled with yoghurt
  • Roasted Vegetable Medley
    basted with sundried tomato & olive oil
  • Italian Meat Lasagna
    with lashings of béchamel sauce & parmesan Cheese
  • Steamy Choc Brownies
    topped with a dollop of whipped cream

  • Moroccan inspired chicken Tagine
    flavored with aromatic North African spices & apricots, served on couscous
  • Slices of tender Beef fillet
    sautéed with mushrooms & onions, finished with sour cream, laid on a bed of pilau rice
  • Baked Butternut
    finished with feta cheese & pumpkin seeds
  • Baby Spinach & Mushroom Pasta pots
    with cherry tomatoes, spring onion
  • A duo of white and dark chocolate mousses
    served in jam jars and topped with blackberry compôte

    yoghurt marinated tender chicken in a sweet tomato cream sauce on Basmati Rice
  • Beef & Guinness Stout Casserole
    a hearty dish, served on a bed of roughly mashed potato

    a classic of the Provence: brinjal, courgettes, peppers & onion braised in a rich tomato & herb casserole, served on Penne Pasta and topped with grated parmesan
  • Country Fresh’s ever popular Baked Cheesecake
    in pots, with a berry coulis, topped with a dollop of whipped cream
